Annotation: As of 03/07/2023, IR channels 4/5/6 are active and transmitted on HRPT. Due to humidity in the MSU-MR assembly, frequent reheating is required. IR channels may randomly get fuzzy.

Annotation: It seems like N2-3 is conflict switching. The frequency may change randomly between .1 and .9 and 72k/80k modes in order to avoid collisions with N18/N19 APT.

Annotation: N2-3 activated MTVZA on 04/07/2023 with a different format than METEOR-M N2-2.

Annotation: METEOR-M N2-3 suffered a loss of attitude on 2023/09/05. This is fixed now, 2-3 is working as intended.
